Exec Meeting Minutes 27 Sept 2011 

1. Finance: Budget:
   1. Finance committee expressed desire to decrease moneys allotted to “commuter funds” (perhaps more appropriately named neighboring institution funds) and increase moneys allotted to travel grants.

                                               i.     Exec says ok

1. John proposes we eliminate the extreme compartmentalization of travel funds and make them from one big money pot, in order to leave flexibility and prerogative to the adjudicating process once all applications have been received.

                                               i.     Exec (eventually) says ok

1. Social:
   1. SASbash canceled
   2. Other projects forthcoming including cultural ventures to link SAS students to Philly at large such as EZ Seat-U tickets to the orchestra, history of spirits-themed happy hour(s), eastern state penitent (but maybe not), etc.
   3. Social committee of the opinion more moneys to fewer events
   4. Dock Street was good, approx. 40 attendees. Great time
