---Oops, finance got so short (once I eliminated duplicates for reps who will not be present simultaneously as they were tonight)!  We should take some (I propose 2?) from Policy (currently 8 members); although Social also has 8, we decided in GB meeting their surplus is a practical necessity.  Public Affairs final count 7; Finance final count 4.  If my proposal accepted, final counts will be:

    Social – 8

    Public Affairs – 7

    Policy – 6*

    Finance – 6*

    * There are a potential 8 more members of the GB who may be added to any of the necessary committees upon said reps’ first meeting.

    1. Break into committee meetings.
    2. Reconvene: Scott discusses GAPSA rep need: meets every other Wed, includes reality show-style heated debates; Robert’s Rules; motions seconds, points of order, points of information, recognizing reps—entertaining. Scott giggles. Usually catered in a pretty nice way and after every single meeting they take you to a posh happy hr either distrito, city tap house or some dive bar and let you take after it.
      1. Participation in GAPSA is useful and good for all those reasons.
      2. We always like to start with SASgov reps—because you are already more plugged into what’s going on with your school, your school govt (although anyone in SAS can be a gapsa rep). we always open it up to you first though for obvious reasons. Also $1.8m budget and rep of 12,000 students looks good on resumes.  Research gets more money than proif and that makes them mad but it hinges on our filled chairs.
      3. Interested parties?
