We can set up a tab for your event, suited to your budget, at most restaurants on the Penn-approved vendors list.  Look up restaurants alphabetically at http://www.purchasing.upenn.edu/buyinfo/suppliers/ben_suppliers.php.  If you don’t find the restaurant you are looking for, email the SASgov Vice President of Finance at sasgov-finance@sas.upenn.edu to inquire about its status.  Restaurants at which SASgov has sponsored events in the past include: Bubble House, New Deck Tavern.
