Spending Your SASgov Money
Whether you’re receiving departmental or interdisciplinary event funding, the purchasing process is the same. You’ll end up using one of the two forms found here. Then you’ll email sasgov-finance@sas.upenn.edu.
Follow the links below for information on how to make these common sorts of purchases with SASgov funding:
Groceries / Online purchases / Office supplies
If SASgov funding is being combined with other sources of funding, as in the case of a large conference, for example, it can be transferred to a centralized account. Follow the link below for more information on these processes.
NOTE: Do not make purchases out-of-pocket; funding application must be submitted and approved in advance of purchases.
