New/returning reps should submit the following information to Suzanne Bratt:

- Meetings are 5:30-7:30pm, every other Tuesday starting Sept 15th, at 3619 Locust Walk
- As the SASgov representative for your grad group, you will bring your grad group’s interests, concerns and perspective to SASgov so that we can better work on your behalf. You will also learn about university resources, events, changes in policy, etc. so that you can keep your grad group informed.
- You will join one of four standing committees: Policy, Social Events, Public Affairs, or Finance. You can learn more about these committees at http://www.sasgov.org/committees/
- You must approve any request for departmental funding that comes from your grad group. You can learn more about departmental funding at http://www.sasgov.org/funding/departmental-funding
- Absence from more than two meetings disqualifies your grad group from receiving departmental funding. If you yourself cannot attend a meeting, you can send a proxy in your place. You must notify VP-Communications at sasgov-comm@sas.upenn.edu with your proxy’s name at least 24 hours before the meeting.
